Aww, thanks NZ. I think so too. I think I look better now than I did for my other 2 shows and I still have over 3 weeks left! And yes, he was trying to get down to my level. He is almost a foot taller than me, well 8 inches taller anyway. Thanks Mr. Nobody!  Yes its best to get in condition early then just maintain rather than last minute preparation. Looks as if you are doing exactly that - good luck |

I'm amazed that you went through all those health challenges and have managed to get into this kind of shape. That's very inspiring..great abs by the way, along with everything else.
