kyomu , is all honesty Sev really has never trained for longer than 4 - 5 months at a time be it on gear or natural.He seems to focus on it for a while then goes off and finds somthing else of interest to him..I think the pics he posts are truthfull of this as some he is clearly not training..
For someone who only trains for short bursts he gets into good shape pretty damm quick , if he was to train full on for a year I think you would be very shocked at what he presented on stage and with his height advantage I think he would take you..

A year is a long time though and will Sev do it? only he will be able to answer that , maybe up the prize money a bit more to really make it worth his while and then you will have a real fight on your hands , just me being honest.

Do you think in those pics where Sevastase is in his peak shape or where he's squatting 5 plates he'd only been training for a few months? I'd say he must have been at it for at least a couple of years or so, with maybe a few short breaks thrown here and there.

I think those squat and bench vids may have been a bit longer , I think he said he posted those to prove to SF he could do it.

But the pics he posts in decent shape are only after short bursts because there are times in between where he post pics of at a bbq or somthing and he clearly is not training then bang refocuses and within 5 or 6 months hes back in shape..

What i honestly do beleive is if Sev when 100% for a full year he would shock alot of people..no sidetracking etc.

I started training in july that year and got to where you see the videos in aprox 5-6 weeks and the puffed up pic it was my last day I trained that summer ( took a break completely until decenber and I started training again in december 2007)

By january 2008 I was back to almost 225  and my sister found a video of me and her husband in his undies in aposedown

it's hillarious but you can see better what I look like at 210 lbs
