I think when vince says he's "brought in" he only means he has set up an account with these companies. No warehouse. He just places orders with the manufacturers as he receives them.

Price includes shipping and they are solid cast iron, not concrete filled like some of the lower cost brands

Some items I ship directly from the manufacturer while others are kept in the warehouse. It varies upon the manufacturer and a lot of times a quantity purchase is required on exercise equipment.

Weights for example I do have shipped directly from the manufacturer because of obvious shipping cost. However, items such as the Generic Pro-Spinner Bikes have to be sold in a quantity of 12 but they all come stacked on one pallet so FED-EX freight shipping for it is only around 200 bucks so its a really good deal because it amounts to about $18 dollars shipping per bike where shipping separately would be $60-$90 dollars.

Just a lesson for you folks in case you want to venture into selling equipment. Drop-shipping items for the most part doesn't pay because you have to charge a higher price for an item and most shopper will go with a lower price naturally

Its a lot bigger than that but regardless of the size of the warehouse or what it looks like, the key to a good business is taking care of your customers you have and selling quality equipment at a fair and honest price.

A lot of companies will spend the majority of their money build fancy websites and have fitness models and etc but then they'll sell cheap equipment and won't answer the phone when someone is calling complaining about their broken stuff.

Its a lot slower progress to build a customer base playing by the rules but its well worth it.

You mean 2435 E North St??? Yes, that's a UPS store in Greenville, SC however I haven't lived there since 2007 but it still shows up some directories. However, I've always have all of a correspondence mail because I only rented a section of a warehouse and I'm not there on a daily basis.

Currently I have all mail going to a PO BOX and I still rent out warehouse space. Its less expensive compared to just drop-shipping merchandise and it keeps my business competitive.
