in goal-attaining-training if you are unsatisfied with the way you look then your training-goal-attainment is not being set high enough to meet your idea or picture of your best built ever

thus if your are constantly unsatisfied you must be in a hurry to meet and set new goal-attaining-training standards, especially if you are a fail-con and used to conning your self into thinking "oh im just fine, i did good enough workout today"

You must inscribe this training-goal-attainment tablet on a peace of substantial particle of a cereal box that is durable and you can write on with a pen or pencil
