meaning put a shirt on them wake them up in the morning let them walk a little 3-4 hours later and if they step outside youd never even guess they lift weight becaue they look flat and especially when single digit body fat ,,natural lifters with no pump look ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I strongly disagree with this. Sure you won't look like some guy on deca and clenbuterol, but after a couple of cups of water in the morning and breakfast you'll look ok. Not bursting out but ok. Horrible is really pushing it. If you have muscle it shows. If you don't it shows, period.
Certain bodyparts like forearms and shoulders don't lose much of their impressiveness even without the pump. They fade but still look good.
