i dont like to eat steak in the morning, too heavy and takes longer to digest. I like scrambled eggs though with some salsa in it and oatmeal or yogurt with a scoop of whey in it.
Steak is not typically eaten in the morning in the US.Any Pork meat is typical. (bacon, ham, sausage)...
