So u guys dont have to put these guys on ur "twitter" list.

Ill give u a sample of each and every one of their days.

6 am: wake up drink coffee and did some cardio.

8 am: watching tv

10am: doing oiled wrestling for my webcam.

12pm: eating chicken breast and rice

2pm: Goin to the gym to train my clients, drinking a protein shake on the way.

4pm: making a drug deal in the parking lot of my gym " gotta make that $$$ "

6pm: hitting chest and bi's. whew the pump was amazing.

8pm: solo webcam session with myself/ logging onto ebay to see if any of my soiled posing trunks have sold.

10pm. drinking a protein shake and going to bed.

There u go, now u dont have to follow any of these guys twitter page.
