I've tried telling this to other natural lifters before, to sprint, to only get shrugged off. It is one hell of a total body shock and your body WILL respond. Good stuff man. Any weak points in your body get pointed out with sprints. Well, 110% sprints anyways.

Yeah. Curious. I dont have any clue.
Sprint looks like very efficient.
I simply thought this. If I try to do 20mins cardio with almost 100% maximum intensity and eat tons of food(clean foods), what would happen?
If I get fat, simply I may not be able to do with the same intensity.
And all the sprint athlete has quite tight physic.
So What i am doing is: Jogging-gradualy up speed-100% maximum dash as long as i can-jogging again.
This is one cycle and i do this 4 times and automaticaly end on 20mins.

Taka is just short version of my name Takayoshi(Its mean dedication to the family and justice...Hahahahaha look like I grew up opposite! ;D).
Its like BILL is WILLIAMS

Just I decide the amount of carbs of the day guided by the mirror and weight. And I try to eat protein as much as i can.
No supps at all. OK, If I want to drink chocolate shake, i drink choco flavour protein instead. ;D

My height is 171cm. Same as Bruce Lee!

and I get to 105 kg at 1m 80 with at least a gram of hormones

My arms was measured more than 50cm at that time(103kg).
Now my arm measurement is around 46-47 WITH ABS(85kg).
