I've tried telling this to other natural lifters before, to sprint, to only get shrugged off. It is one hell of a total body shock and your body WILL respond. Good stuff man. Any weak points in your body get pointed out with sprints. Well, 110% sprints anyways.

Sprint looks like very efficient.
I simply thought this. If I try to do 20mins cardio with almost 100% maximum intensity and eat tons of food(clean foods), what would happen?
If I get fat, simply I may not be able to do with the same intensity.
And all the sprint athlete has quite tight physic.
So What i am doing is: Jogging-gradualy up speed-100% maximum dash as long as i can-jogging again.
This is one cycle and i do this 4 times and automaticaly end on 20mins.
