  Diet is pretty "bland and basic" ......eating every 2 hours (mostly just plain ole chicken) sum egg whites
   carb sources are oatmeal sweet potato,rotating my carbs that's really it  (i been dieting for almost a full
    year tho between all the shows i have done)  it's been a longgggg year  lol!!!  dropped around 60-70 lbs
