You could be right Sev. I'm sure my 4:30am cardio is not good (I totally could be getting an extra hour of sleep

. And I dunno, my doctor thinks my protein powder & oatmeal in the morning is good, my egg white meal is good, my chicken and sweet potato meals are good, my tuna and greens are good. He just wishes I didn't take in as much protein as I do because I'm not drinking as much water as I should to compensate for all the protein going through my kidneys. I causes crystals of some sort which then can turn into kidney stones... But I'm trying to get more water in

He is also aware of my multi-mineral/multi-vitamin I take daily, my thyroid hormones prescribed by my endo I have to take in compensation of not having a thyroid anymore and he is the one who prescribed my coreg. He also complements me by saying he wishes he could be in as great of shape (not health obviously, lol) as me. Sev, I have blood work done constantly. ALL my levels are run right down to my test and estrogen levels. I've been busting my ass every day for the last 10 months (that was when I was told by my doctor that I could start back to the gym) getting up at 4:30am and doing cardio, eating clean, hitting the gym and sometime repeating cardio. If you noticed, the pictures that have been posted are all upper body which has always dialed in rather quickly for me. My bottom half comes in a lot slower. Maybe if I showed you the dimples on my ass....never mind, you'd probably enjoy that, lol.
oh and btw....thank you for your "offer of help" I do appreciate it, but I'll stick to the doctors who are actually seeing me as a patient. No offense.
