The loose skin on the bottom of the abs, is that something that happens with age, or have you had it all along?  Please understand I am genuinely curious about this, and in no way am being negative. You look amazing, and we are close in age and it would be a dream to look 50% as good as you. (no homo)

 no  no offense taken! (it is what it is)
 well just 4 years ago i competed (my first show) with absolutely no loose skin at all (see pic),since then i have "bulked up" to well over 270 lbs ......is it a combination of too much fat and age?!?! (could i have "aged" that much in just 4 years???....i dunno
i do know im not going to "bulk" anymore and plan on staying relatively lean year round and stay within "striking distance" of any contest i plan on entering..it took wayyy too long this time to get in shape(almost 8 months of non-stop dieting/cardio) the days of being 280 lbs are over for me im afraid!

  It's really not that bad (looks worse if i lean forward) ...maybe in the next 2 weeks as i get leaner and leaner it will subside (go away be nice!)
it's gotten progressively better and better as i get leaner
we will see!   ;)

lol  ....i hate wearing glasses with a passion!!!! (it's a "new thing" for me just got them for the first time a year ago)  getting old!!!  shit's blurry without them    :'(
