   Stella ill take sum pics of Laura tonite (none of me i promise lol!)
  quick funny story.....Laura get's up every morning at 4:30 does an hour of cardio/goes to work/meets me at gym .....we train.....tan.......i do sum posing...we go home and both do cardio (treadmill or walk around where we live for an hour) by that time it's ten pm ..we go to bed
  i wake up last night....Laura is not in bed.......i find her (in the middle of the night) on the treadmill! (doing another hour of cardio) i go "hunny what the hell you doing?!?!?!"   she says and i quote
 "you can never be too ripped right? isn't that what you told me??"
