And that's the best I think Mike has ever looked. You can tell he likely suffered.

And I believe Laura had cancer...so, obviously, she has duly exceeded herself. A lesson to all.

Thanks Guys!!! (really appreciate it!) at that level show every competitor has suffered!
gotta come back bigger/harder next year!!! (kill legs/hamstrings!) see if i can bring a much bigger/better physique  :)

In my book Mike deserves props for putting in the hard work and getting on stage.....no matter the outcome.

My hat is off to you guys....not only did you both  look fantastic, you are also great examples of living bodybuilding and not just running your yaps like ALOT of people on this board do. It takes a huge set of balls to go "onstage" for everyone to judge. Laura's hair looked great btw....the short hair really works for her.
