Method101 was actually right. Namat wasn't in the shape he was last time, which even Namat thought wasn't hard enough (I thought he peaked perfectly actually).

No definition in the triceps, chest looks weak, and the Tan is terrible, it just looks like somone rubbed mud on at parts(if you look at images on rxmuscle it becomes more visible), why train for a year only to mess up your tan on the day of the show.
