To compete at 195-205lbs at 5'8(national level lightheavy or heavyweight) what kind of hormone dosages are we lookin at?

2gram total hormone use,,5'8 195-197lb at TRUE 4% is ABSOLUTELY BIG in terms of amatuer bodybuilder,,they use everything we do beside insulin ,,but even insulin they use now days  since no one train serious anymore its all for show,,

the rule of thumb to remember is that fella like kyomi is using usually total of 500mg - 1 gram pf total hormone intake and he is about 80 kg? 5'7 ? thats about what the his sizes use and it go higher the bigger you get and lower the smaller you get

How do certain guys "balance" their heavy oral use/abuse with alcohol, and other liver affecting substances?

Like Gunnar Rosbo, for example, who I heard didnt like needles and relied mostly on orals, and had serious drinking dependancy.

they dont care,,the liver can take a lot of abuse BUT at the end it cost you ,,it cost you in years of life thats why i say,, if you do hormones dont drink ,,one beer once in a while when you try to be part of the party but most of bodybuilders dont really party they get the girl to come to their place and they fuck her within 1 hour of meeting ,,bodybuilder dont need drinking
