Question is what type of Olympian would a 308 pound off season mr. Olympia make @ 5'8 ?

Not a good one - These Olympia need to clean it up and come in with more pleasing physiques

Just cause you can ingest 500g-1000g- does not mean you should. This is crazy - we all got into BB to look better

This is not the case anymore - when it is for only one day and then looking like a Rhino for the other 364 days - 

Clean up Fella - Bring the waist down and stop promoting - Poor fitness advice -

Kai didn't set the criteria. He is only doing what he feels he needs to do to perhaps win the O.

Good Point - and further proves mine!

The Standard for the Olympia needs to be Set and Cleaned up. Kai is a contender with out Blowing out his Body. Phil Heath is a contender without getting bigger ( which is a bad idea) and People like Jay and Dennis James - Veterans are stream lining their Bodies. So if your body is Streamlined why distort it... again just my take !

Focus : Presentation in and out of the Magazines and silly videos!
