Mike,, fella you should be holding your pozes a lot longer than what your practissing for in the video or riks been puffd out and belly breathinn when the juging is on.

Mike's has really been busing his ass now for almost a year.  This will be his 2nd show this year and he's looking so much better than at that June show.  He's been dieting since early December but differently so he could maintain some size.  It really worked for him.  I can't wait to see him onstage.  :)



But yes, Mike....you gotta practice holding your poses WITHOUT all the huffing and puffing.  ;)

Laura, how much cardio is Mike doing and how often? ever day?

also I watched Dexter's "Blade 2k7" video and literally his day revolved around eating, hopefully Mike is more productive than that
