21 year old female bodybuilder Hayley McNeff posing at the 2009 Delaware State

As some of you may know I featured Hayley in my recent BB documentary Raising the Bar 3. At that time she expressed her desire to compete and last night she realized that dream, taking first place and qualifying as a national competitor.

Hayley is 100% natural and wants to stay that way.

She looks great, congrats to her!  She'll do well at the National level if she tightens up a bit more.  8)

She's awfully big for a 100% natural competitor...

Love the enthusiasm.  I think she could use a good trainer though.  someone to guide her and help her reign in her ego a bit cause those leg exercises, sloppy leg extensions with ass up and moving all over and half rep leg presses with hands pushing legs so she can pile on the Lbs will not get her far.  And if she is not already she will soon be on the gear, i think she is already.  funny thing about the girls is they ALWAYS lie about their BB drug use.

Dam she looks good! She must have been training since she was 10! Seriously though, some women have higher testosterone level than others... this may be the case...
