This Week on PBW:  For the second straight year, "Pro Bodybuilding Weekly" presented the IFBB's "PBW Championships".  Tune in this week as we look back at the stories that had everyone talking, including the SHOCKING rookie debut that sent a relative unknown straight to this years Olympia! The wrap-up from Tampa also includes a visit with 2009 PBW Pro Champ Dennis James! Presented by MuscleTech, the voice of pro bodybuilding airs on Mondays at 8pm ET.

hahaha look for some good quotes outta this one.  Ben White has great potential, but he might be best served to become Ben "Mute" White until he wins something.  Making noise is okay if you win titles.  He was 10th in NYC this year against a weak line-up.  Less talk, more squats.

Yeah... DJ should have no problem... but he's gotta watch out for a few guys.  Wilmore is one lucky stroke away from top 2 anywhere.  If Johnnie Jackson peaks correctly, he might be unstoppable.  Fouad is a wildcard.  If David Henry shows up like last year, he'll be top 3 easily.  Fouad is a wilcard, could be 6th or 2nd.

Dennis James should win it.  But if any of these guys arrives in a "best ever" condition, he could end up with 2nd again.  Which is kinda sad, because he outmuscles the rest of those kids by a mile :)

David henry doing the 202s... wow... is he worried he can't repeat 3rd in the open class?

"The greatest" Ben White will be lucky to get 7th against this group.

Ever listen to this this and have a co-worker walking hearing the station wonderring "WTF is he listening to?"        ?     We it just happened to me...I didn't know what to say.  Bob was talking about Putnams back!!!!! :P :P :P

Well he did have a self imposed demotion from "The Greatest" to "Showstopper"....

Your co-worker was obviously under the impression that Putnam would be able to bring up his back in time for the show.
