Unless there are shots of them next to each other you can't tell.  Heath's arm look huge for his structure...but they might not look so impressive if he had Ronnies mass in the chest, delts,and back  ;)

big ron had amazing peaks, always look unreal when he threw them up,,,,, phil's arms must be getting close size wise tho, and them forearms are totaly unreal!

As freaky as Ronnie's arms were, Phil's arms are better. He has bigger, fuller, longer biceps, fuller and thicker triceps and forearms that are better than those of Ronnie when he was at his peak. And Phil is still a baby, who is far from his peak. Only thing Ron has Phil on is the split in his biceps.

Phil has the best, freakiest arms ever, even better than Lee Priest's.
