Phil looks great.

I've got to say, Jay looks better than I thought he would. He is sharper that I expected, and it seems he has really build up both his upper body (chest/delts) and his quads look great. And he has, it seems made some progress in getting his waist down - all the things he needs to place well, and possibly win the Olympia.

Ronnie - well what can you say? He's had his time. He was awesome. I am not going to say anything bad about the champ. I would still pay to go see him, as I think most people people would.

That being said, I really hope Ronnie does NOT go through with coming back onstage next year. $:-\$

On the other hand, Heath looks sick! He already looks better than Dexter, depending on how Kai shows up, the show might be Heath's already. Jay is looking smaller than he normally does 8 weeks out, if he doesn't come up with some sick condition he'll find himself out of the top three!

With 7-8 weeks to go, Phil looks great, but never count Dexter Jackson out. As well as Victor Martinez and Kai Greene either. What matters is that day how you like, not even a week before.

jay made phil look narrow in the post interview... but thats the magic of great genetics.. once the top comes offf phil looks a winner.. his round muscle dertracts from the fact that he isnt as wide... i personally think he will have a long run just like coleman.. maybe 6...

For my money Phil looks like the victor, although dex looks great.

Jay looks sharper than normal and his waist is down in size. Can he pull something out of the bag and return to his best ever condition in 2001?

If so, he could be a major factor.

It's quite refreshing to see Heath coming off as educated and well spoken. I think he has vastly improved his physique, and he will be a Mr. Olympia, it's just a matter of when.
