this guy was likely in russian prisons where he was tattooed and marked as a bitch, snitch, or some kind of gangster. Notice the ring finger tattoos blacked out also. Then he had everything done over in all black to cover up his lies or truths that were in his ink to avoid death or worse.

he obviously has a pretty good physique, tim...props to him for that

however...in comp...those tats are just too much of a diversion/distraction
