I'm sure you cant remember much of anything. To help refresh your memory I suggest you review some of her speeches, prior holdings ( more than half of which were reversed by the Supreme Court by the way) and the Ct firefighters case for starters.

The republicans were clearly out of line challenging her- They should have just ignored all the evidence and taken her at her word. That would have ensured that the confirmation hearings went quickly and quietly just like when Justice Alito was confirmed 

why should I bother.  What difference would it make

If I were going to be upset about anyone on the Supreme Court I'd start with Scalia and Thomas

but again, it doesn't make any difference what I think or you either for that matter

I don't think Sotomayor is perfect but I think she's a fine choice.

1.  Scalia is bad because he tries as best possible to adhere to the letter of the law of the constitution. 

2.  Sotomayor is good because she makes shit up according to hoer version of "justice"
