pulled tricep

OK pulled my tricep on Saturday training my dog for duck hunting (I was racing him swimming in a lake), I am on week 4 of a cycle (250mg of sust E3d, 300mg of deca EW, 500IU of HCG E5D).  Went to the gym today and did all my chest stuff and then my tricep was killing so bad that i could barely do tricept dips........I can bench ok and do most pressing movements but tricept excesses hurt.  I can lift through the pain however would it be best to stop training the triceps for awhile?  Will the gear help me heal faster?  never had an injury like this while on cycle what has worked  for you guys?

yo bro stay away from the pushing movements! do cable flys for upper, middle, and lower...... do low weight and higher reps dont fuck up your tris anymore

Do you think like injecting sme b-12 and putting an icy hott pad be fine? Ican work through the pain i just want to ge it healed asap.

I would personally rest for a few days & follow R.I.C.E. & when you come back start slowly (i.e. check your ego at the door).

Is there any bruising or swelling?

I ruptured some fibers in my tricep years ago and it was like someone stuck a golf ball under my skin the next day. The area was very black/blue with a red center from the blood.

If there is no bruising or swelling you are probably fine, but taking some time off from the gym is a good idea no matter what.

As Rim said RICE and come back slowly.

if you fuck it up worse, training hard too soon...you wont be lifting very much for awhile..REST

no bruising or anything, just some pain, this morn i stretched out i am going to rest it today and just do cardio
