Yeah, you're right about that but for some reason there aren't that many Americans competing for the World Championships and the athletes that compete their are tremendous. Just check out the pics from last years Worlds in Bahrain. I hope we get the same quality of athlete this year.  The worlds should be a hell of a contest.

the key to extreme eating is keeping it simple, u need to find the fastest and easyest way of cooking somthing, i roll my eyes when i read some of the elabourate meals, when your eating 7 odd times per day all that goes out the window.. big help is getting most of it ready the nite before....

My friend competed in the amateur universe last november
It was his first european show and he looked great but some of the guys he showed me in pics that competed there were out of this world
They would blow alvisi,gee and atyotin out of the water easily

What do you think we'll be in for at the Worlds this year.  Obviously, since it's the World Championships, we will have some excellent competitors but do you see it being any more memorable then the rest.  I think it could be a great competition this year.

The worst thing that happened to the IFBB Worlds was the bullshit drug testing, countries like USA and Great Britain dont send teams because they award pro cards to the winners of their national contests, and dont test, and also this year a lot of ABBF countries will not compete, also certain countries pay for placements, they may as well just call it the Mr International contest, bringing back that old title, since its not truly a world championship in some ways, but any contest can be exciting when all the guys come in in top shape.
