If it's UG 70+ mg to get the job done. HG far less.

I have taken 25mgs of hg anavar with great results and at 50mg very good strength gains...in my experience 50mgs a day is enough

ill stay at 20mgs for the rest of the week and then bump it to 30mgs and see how that works

If it's UG you will be disappointed.

i doubt hes using ug anavar...if you buy ug anavar your probably really taking a light dose of winstrol or turinabol

If someone is going to do 80 to 100mg a day you might as well savae your money and take gh..30 to 50mg a day is sufficient for quality gains

well the reason iam asking is one recomends a low dose and the other recomends a higher dose and yes more=more but that means more product more risk more sides and maybe not much more gains so thats why iam asking

not entirely true. i think var is one of those steroids that reacts very differently in people. some get great results with as low of a dose as 20-25mgs a day. its just one of those you need to play with......
