Today after my 2nd sugery to take the steel-wires from my leg.
Finally I can stand up again ! and now is learning to walk normally.
I have lost about 9 lbs after 2 months out of workout(pics taken Aug 5th)
hope a speedy recovery!

It's a long recovery but you will be back under the bar in time.

I had an ACL reconstruction and 8 months later i was squating 225. I know your injury is much more serious than mine, but you "will recover".

I wish you a speedy recovery.

I had surgery on my left knee a few weeks ago as well.
Damaged ligaments and cartilage.
They showed me a recording from inside the knee, it does not look good.
I will also need a second surgery
