here's what I recomend my clients

3 days apples only ( peeled no seeds )

50 ml shot of olive oil at the end of the 3rd day

4th day fast ( nothing except distilled water )

after the 24 hour fast.... colonics

One great way to detox is leaving the rec drugs alone for a week or so. Then leave them alone. Should detox you good.

If you're not eating a peanut-butter-banana-sandwich straight our of the fry pan and 20 Cheeseburgers a day you don't need it, you're 100% spot on.

all i'd change is reverse osmosis h2o instead of distilled and include the peel and seeds of the apples.
and possibly add some himalayan rock salt in each day...

if serious : you need distilled water ONLY in glass jars cleansed with distilled water

no need for the salt ( maybe take baths with dead sea salt each night )
