I won't even get started on the female trainers, who have an Adam's apple bigger than a shotput and a 3" penoris kicker, then think, "Boy, I'm really reaching my goals."  Sad as the day is long, Gold's Gym.

Very nice setup but I would probably trade in the lat pulldown machine for a few heavier dumbbells.....that is only because one armed row is a bread and butter exercise for me and I generally do weighted pull ups instead of pull downs.

it may be powertec but i got it at a very reasonable price, the bar fucking killed me in the pocket, it cost £100(retarded price for an iron bar imo), and i got about 450lbs worth of iron plates and 'olympic size' dumbell handels which hold up to 150lbs each, also a bench which goes from decline to 90*
