No.  I was still at 2g of KreAlkalyn, but have started to go without it lately. 
I miss the strength, but welcome the lack of creabloat face.

there are some very comical moments when i go to the gym, when like 4 almost identical looking bald guys with empty tough warrior stares, sporting goatees , armband/tribal tatoos and tapout/mma/afliction shirts are standing in front of the dumbells rack trying to avoid making eye contact with each others perfectly knowing they all look the same.

bufoonery at its finest.

it may be powertec but i got it at a very reasonable price, the bar fucking killed me in the pocket, it cost £100(retarded price for an iron bar imo), and i got about 450lbs worth of iron plates and 'olympic size' dumbell handels which hold up to 150lbs each, also a bench which goes from decline to 90*
