How big is your waist?

Dieted down, bulked up, looking good, not-so-good...


Take a cloth tape measure and snug it (not too tight) around the belly-button and the lower back fat.


What do you get? Be honest.


Right now I am 201lbs.  5'6" at 14% bodyfat. My waist is at 37"


I have a big waist, and it isn't covered with fat. The suckage.

Fat has nothing to do with big waists.  Look at guys like coleman and cutler.  They diet down to no fat but have bulky waists.  I learned years ago that deadlifts and side crunches held make your waist get bigger.

a little under 28.75 at 155

don't be impressed- i don't wait much

at my current weight, I could fight BJ Penn without having to cut weight

of course, he would rip off my head and shit down my neck but still...I wouldn't have to cut weight
