need female help

i recently said on this board that "there is no such thing as love. i discovered this first hand". well i was going through my old post the other day and my friend who is female (about 93% of my friends are female) was sitting with me and saw that i had typed that and got pissed off!!

she told me i only say that because i never have made a real attempt at "love" and that i am only in it for the sex..... so does this mean i should tell her to fuck off, and live my life the way i feel i should. or give it a try and and then when i verify the fact that it doesnt exist rub it in her face?

I'm not sure why she got mad that you said there is no such thing as love...I'd think since she evidently believes there is, she would be sad re: what you wrote.

Maybe your friend thinks that you have a wall up to protect yourself against getting hurt by a woman and that's why she said you're only in it for the sex.  Have you ever had a relationship w/a gal that you had strong (positive) feelings for?

yeah, but it only last for about a week and i wouldnt call it love. for the record my longest relationship has only been 4 months, and when i ended that i didnt even tell her. i just blocked her number and stopped talking to her.

might be attracted to you him, no reason to get upset maybe a disagreement but if she got upset there are probably underlying causes...
