Shadow boxers
- there are enough martial arts dojos & boxing studios to accomadate these skinny tits who simply take up space. Translation = I can't dumbbell press more than 60lbs but i'll show everyone what a tough guy I am by throwing hooks and uppercuts in the mirror.
People who leave dumbbells all over the floor
-If you can even take them off the rack then you can put them back on. Take one pair, do your fucking set and place them back on the rack so the rest of the world can use them. This includes women who leave their little 2.5lbdr's on the floor.
People who do all their flat, incline & decline presses on the smith machines
- Pick one fucking excersize and move on. I don't have all fucking day to watch you workout. Let the rest of the world use the equipment too.
Loud grunters
- unless you have 4 plates aside on that bar, shut your fucking mouth. No one is interested in listening to you make an elephant mating call while flat benching a plate and a quarter aside. End of story.
People who skip (jump rope)
- Is this necessary in a weight lifting gym??? You wanna skip? Go to the fucking YMCA.
People who slam their weights
- translation = hey everyone, look at me...I just did a set of flat dumbbell presses with 70lbs. Bring them own properly. I don't need to use bells in the shape of a letter C because you slam the fuck out of them. Learn how to workout.
People who invent their own excersizes
- with all that vast up to date equipment and array of dumbbells, these idiots will invent their own excersizes and then they can't seem to figure out why they don't get any progress. If you want to do push-ups and chin-ups, go the fuck home and do them in your basement.
People who hog the equipment
- you don't own it so share it. If Paul Dillet & Hendrson Thorne let me work in, then who the fuck are you at 150lb soaked and wet? Last time I checked, I pay to use the equipment too.
Socializers / cell phone users
- your there to train. One hour of hard work will not kill you. Put your fucking phone away and train or get the fuck out of the way. Just because you don't take your training seriously, that doesn't mean that I don't.
