yep, just like yates, just pushed it too far and is now suffering from a huge list of injuries that will prevent him from trining 100% for the rest of his life... but thats what it took to stand out from the field, and what made him and yates great !

Kai is huge too, but again, i don't think he could ever get that freakiness that Ronnie had. Not to say that Kai isn't freaky, but Ronnie is something else.

That is not a level to aspire to.  Even Ronnie’s frame cannot correctly carry the muscle mass you see him with in the above clip.  His waist is way out of control and while he looks good when striking some poses, overall his muscle mass is too much for his frame.  :(

Take a look at the pic of Ronnie on page 50 of MD September issue 2009


He is very offseason, getting in shape ain't gonna make his abs come back together. They are totally split apart in the  middle now. By inches. It looks really weird. I have never seen them that bad. They are almost hanging at his sides by his lovey dovey handles.

No Ronnie's frame is biggerr he is 5'11" and has super wide shoulders therefore his frame holds more mass than Phil or Kai! :o

Well I'm not saying they are extra narrow I'm just saying they are not wide. I know his shoulders are wide of course.  ;)

ronnie went from like 250ish to 287 from 02-03

maybe one of them can do similar
