It's got nothing to do with Ron or Leafy, Swede. That 32 second buffer is an inbuilt functionality of this forum software that Ron uses (SMF) and we all post in. It's been implemented to prevent spam bots from flooding forums they attack with too much spam, among other things. Doubt if Ron will change it, cause it will involve changing the source code.
