Hey guys,

Just got back from the NPC Maryland States, VERY competitive show.

Guest Poser was 8X Mr. Olympia BIG RONNIE COLEMAN, he was very entertaining as always a huge crowd pleaser, and they measured his arms and quads on stage (and brought up an audience member as a witness to do it), arms were 24 inches, quads were 32 inches! Still looking HUGE as always and looks healed up from his injuries.

I think someone needs to learn how to measure, I can't see him sportin 24's, sorry. Big arms, no doubt, but 24's? I don't buy it. Especially, now that his triceps have atrophied. Back in 2003, perhaps I could see it. Now, I don't know. Was he wearing a yellow and red tear away shirt while the measurement was taken?

Big Ron is huge. It's amazing that you have someone posting on the board that was actually at the event and is telling us all what the measurements were and someone is still calling bullshit. Not to mention that we're talking about an obviously overweight Ronnie Coleman that automatically means his measurements will be a little glorified. It's not at all unreasonable that these measurements are legit. Damn. Look at the pics. The dude is huge. He's not ready for anybodies competition but damn he's huge. Oh, I said that already. Didn't his legs at his peak use to measure 34 - 36 inches? His legs looked tiny in 07 olympia, probably depends where you measure on the leg i guess?
Ron emailed me a few weeks back saying his arms were 24 inch offseason 23 inch contest.

he's not overcoming those injuries, but he can still be a top guest poser for the next few years.

face it, Toney Freeman (for example) is a better bodybuilder than this version of Ronnie - but who would get more people into an auditorium?
