Hey boys and girls, im looking to drop from 14% to 9% in around 5 weeks.
Meal 1: Oatmeal, nuts and 5 egg whites and yolk
Go to the gym
Meal 2: Protein Shake, 2 bannanas
Meal 3: Skinless Chicken with BBQ sauce, stir fry mixed vegetables
Meal 4: Protein Shake 40 grams
30 minutes Medium-high intense cardio
Meal 5: Tuna, skinless chicken and chilli sauce
With this diet will it take me from 14% to 9% in 5 weeks?
the pics below are me at my best condition unpumped, perhaps 10-11%.....my arms seem to come in early but all my fat goes to my chest, lower abbs and lower back
