Here is the problem with this belief.  It operates under a false assumption with zero evidence when you say the Universe was "created". 

Also, brains were not magically created.  Brains and brain size was part of the evolutionary process and is not universally significant amongst all all organisms.  Trees are better at survival and proliferation than humans will ever be and they lack the brain we value so much.

Brains and Intelligence, while amusing, are not necessary for life to flourish and are not mystical or supernatural in any way.
