That's interesting... He used to be a major trash talker, got humbled, and actually got good now.
Suddenly he's top 5 at the PBW show and working with the best prep guy not named nicholls.

We'll see how his body responds to the keto diet.  White's problem isn't conditioning, its fullness, and the keto diet is notorious for making athletes come in flat.  But then again, maybe that's what he did for the PBW show and it paid off.  We'll see.

If he added some shoulder width, upper chest thickness, and a little more quad sweep he'd be really good.

I don't think that's a good idea.  He needs to work with Hany Rambod for refinement of his body parts.  Palumbo will get him shredded but he really doesn't have an issue with conditioning and I think he would end up looking stringy.
