I'd say either the front double bi

or

the front lat spread

of course, depends on who you are

front double/rear double or the victory pose. you are the most open in these positions, with the exception of the kai rear leg double bicep psoe, which is just wrong ;D

i agree with LAX..................the rear lat spread, when they also flex their glutes and hams and calves..........that could really bury you if your soft or narrow back there.

yeah, but if you have weak arms you can still look good in this pose. i.e dorian, one of his best poses because it takes the arms out of th equation.
