I'm finding the 19 inch arm claim a little hard to believe. I was with Mike Mentzer when he was at his best when I was 14 at Gold's gym. He had just trained arms. Some guy begged him to let him measure his arms..remember the guy had huge triceps. They were just under 20 and they looked way bigger than Kyomu's. I will be very surprised if Kyomu has 19 inch arms, unless Paco's tape measure is made from cheap Spanish cloth that has shrunk over time.

Well, I am really surprised that Mentzer didnt have 20inchs!
Telling the truth, mines dont measure 19inchs. Its 18.5around.
More than 18 for sure.

This was late 70's and he was really pretty cool back then. My dad had known Joe Weider from the 1950's and I wanted to go to see Gold's gym after seeing Pumping Iron, so Joe had Mentzer put me up at his place with him and his girlfriend for a few days. He worked out with me and was really nice. Too bad that later he got heavily into amphetamines and kind kind of flipped out. But for a 14 year old kid who was into bodybuilding, it was a great experience for me.
