His legs are starting to get that Tom Platz detail. Unfortunately they make that weak upper body look worse.

I was thinking the same thing. Frank's upper body was dwarfed by his legs. After his shoulder injury the game was over.

awesum legs  but kinda looks slighted on the upper..great look to the skin 5 days out...just start pumpin the h2o out n he should have  the look on contest day...great job he look fantastic
