I also feel personal responsibility is being neglected in large number by American Blacks and I'm not apologetic about that.  In addition, the hip-hop culture has done more damage than good.

They need to finish high school and go college or a trade school.
Stop glorifying rappers and other thugs and their behavior.
Take care of their children and quit having so many children out of wedlock.
Dress appropriately.
Not blame other people for their problems

If we can fix that, we'd be alot better off.
