You might be right. I can only speak on Italy as I have never been to France. Actually, I'm not sure these places have hotter women than America; I think that the Women try harder as a whole. In America you have plenty of hot women, but in a place like Italy, even the average women are always in stylish clothing and heels during day to day activities. Aka, they try harder. They don't wear "scrub" clothes. If I had a dollar for every woman I saw in Italy grocery shopping in a hot dress and hells I'd be rich.

That said, Italian women are more of a challenge to get in bed due to their culture. They make you work!

Ive been to vegas at least a dozen times and Miami about 6 times. Ive lived in NYC my whole life and I have been to Cali, Texas, Arizona, Chicago and Boston multiple times.

Vegas wins by a country mile imo. Best looking pussy on the planet. Miami= too trashy. NY= too ordinary to be of any concern

NYC is okay. There are many women here, but the busted and average well outnumber the true cream of the crop broads. Not to mention that they don't try as hard to look good and exude class as the non-American women. They treat their femininity as if it is something to be destroyed. All my opinion, of course.
