Bi's the day before back?
When I first received the schedule, I questioned that, too, but it didn't limit my back workouts at all, with the exception of the T-bar rows. Just - thank, but I'm not taking anything and I've noticed that my bodyparts are ready to go again on that 4th or 5th day. Since I'm lagging all over, doesn't it make sense to shorten my schedule to 5 days until I've got enough muscle to where I'm getting 7 days of growth and recovery?
