Giving an update on the Gaspari Myofusion Strawberry.

I tried it in water today and it still has a great flavor. Gaspari did a great job on this.

Also I have a new supplement I was sent by LG-Sciences that I will be testing today or tomorrow. Very new and very potent formula.

The only thing I personally spend money on is protein. I don't think I'll start my complete stack until I get back to college (one week).

I'm just going to test out this new product that was sent to me. Actually I think I better wait till college as well. I really don't want any stims until I really need it.

Essentially I just buy a bunch of protein.

I typically pay $25 per 5 pounds of ON Whey or Gaspari Whey, you just need to wait for the right deals

Fish oil and stuff just pick it up in Sams or Costco.

the only supps ive been purchasing as of late have been ON 100% whey and their after max and AST BCAA....the rest of them ive left alone lately trying to just KISS keep it simple stupid you know....eat clean and healthy get good amounts of all required nutrients and veggies...but i always try and wait for GNC gold card days as they are my favorite!!!

i do have also have some fish oil buut i dont take regular like i should i usually eat a can of tuna a day or more and i think that im getting enough efa's with that....but the vit c is a good one i neglected to say i also pop a one a day multi one in the morning and on lifting days one before i work out with my bcaa's....gaspari's stuff is usually pretty expensive and although im not financial hurting i also cant justify spending that much money on stuff like that...a good protein/carb mix for after workouts is all i am convinced i really need along with the bcaa's and a good multi....i have a family and there are better things to do with the money you know....like put it in my boy's savings account...shit like that....mayeb if i can pick it up on a gold card day ill give it a go....
