My diet with ephedrine:
Meal 1: Stir fry, chicken, olive oil
Workout 50 minutes
Meal 2: Protein Shake
Meal 3: 5 egg whites and 1 yolk, tuna and salad
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Cardio: Medium intensity 30 minutes
Meal 5: Chicken with BBQ sauce with a bannana and apple
On days 1 and 4: I'll add a 5th meal by having oatmeal with almonds
Im also taking ephedrine.......... starting uni in september so i would like to be lean. After that i'll just try and maintain while slowly building muscle.
