not sayin he has to use picture perfect form... but every vid ive wathced with johnie... crazy form...
its easy to use the mantra of well...  he's this or that so it works for him...
who knows how much better he could be.... tightened up a bit of form..
anyway it was just an observation

ronnie doesnt lock out that i can understand....
but for johnnie jacskon to be cheating the hell out of 135lb curls
this from a guy who in flex said he upright rows 405lbs 
for 8 reps
