have you noticed that whenever you encounter someone on the road who has handicap plates, they are always driving extremely slow? not just slow but as if they are retarded or completely not paying attention to what they are doing? one would think that if someone is relatively immobile in real life, having to watch others walk and run and jump past them, not being able to do simple daily tasks without hardship, then once they got behind the wheel it would be extremely liberating and they would drive like a bat out of hell. so what the fuck is the deal with these assholes?

Must be some of those rich, spoiled handicapped people, who didn't want to do any work, and just wanted to sit in their wheelchair and take it easy.

It's because they are blind and using Braille driven car which is not as easy to handle as a regular car.
